ZProof Pro is designed to help users document jobs, create reports or invoices, and share those records with their customers.

Information You Enter

The app may store customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, locations, job notes, work photos, GPS coordinates, time records, bill rates, amount due, and payment-link information that you enter.

How Data Is Stored

ZProof Pro currently stores job and customer data locally on your device. Reports and invoices are shared only when you choose to send them through email, SMS, PDF sharing, or another device sharing option.

Location and Photos

When you start a job or capture proof, the app may request camera, photo library, and location permissions. Location information is used to add proof details to job records and reports.

Payments

Payment links shown in reports or invoices are your business payment options. ZProof Pro does not process those customer payments directly.
